There are some reports that Samsung may push the envelope for the Galaxy Note 9 and opt for an in-screen fingerprint scanner as well, but, we'll have to wait and watch out on that one. The latest one comes from tipster Ice Universe who posted on Twitter that Samsung's next-generation Note phone will either have 4,000mAh or 3,850mAh battery. I used Live Focus a fair bit when I started using the Galaxy Note 8 previous year, but it soon became a feature I would rarely call upon.

Samsung India on Wednesday launched Galaxy J7 Duo with dual camera - a first in the popular "J" series - at Rs 16,990.

In terms of optics, it has dual rear camera setup with 12 mega pixel primary camera and a secondary 12 mega pixel camera.

The unlocked S9 and S9 Plus, as well as the Galaxy Note 8, all qualify for a Samsung SmartThings Home Monitoring Kit at no extra cost, at least for a limited time. According to the report, Galaxy Note 9 will have a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,960×1,440 pixels. While the benefits of using an in-display sensor are still not known, Samsung is not expected to embrace the under-screen fingerprint scanning technology as yet. It could be made available in Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple colour options.

Many fans of Samsung are eagerly waiting for the start of sales of the smartphone Galaxy J7 Duo, which in addition to the fresh Android OS version 8.0 will also receive enough advanced specifications. The smartphone will feature 6GB RAM. The scores in the GeekBench listing are lower than the Exynos 9810-powered Galaxy S9, which scored 3,648 in single-core tests, and 8,894 in multi-core tests.
