Maxine Waters Complains About Trump's Name-Calling, Labels Him 'Con Man Don'

"Don't forget, this man who's disparaging me has been called stupid, ignorant, uninformed, unhinged and a moron by his own staff and appointees", Ms. Waters told the crowd at the J.W. Marriott. "We will impeach the president".

"I think Donald Trump probably said that about 2,000 miles away from Maxine Waters because he's probably too afraid to say it to her face", fired-back Becerra.

Waters said that "for if (sic) some reason, [Robert] Mueller does not get him, Stormy will". "She really is. 'We will impeach him.' But you have Maxine Waters and you have plenty of others".

While stumping for State Rep. Rick Saccone (R-Allegheny), Trump criticized Waters for repeatedly calling for him to be impeached.

"Con man Don is gonna keep it up ..."

Waters has long advocated for Trump's impeachment and came under some scrutiny in October when she said at a gala for LGBT youth that "with this kind of inspiration, I will go and take out Trump tonight". I am not intimidated by him. "He can call us all the names that he's going to call us, ' Waters continued, calling into MSNBC's 'AM Joy" with Joy Reid. In fact, everybody knows he's a con man.

She added that she was "not surprised at all" by his comments, and that she thought the impeachment talk "bothers him a lot".

As Williams tried to speak through the interjections from his co-hosts, he insisted that the president has a "thing" with black women because he attacks them "with a vengeance, and anger".
