Nick Gordon reportedly arrested on domestic violence charges once again

According to TMZ, Gordon was reporedtly arrested by police in Seminole, Florida over an incident referred to a "battery-touch or strike".

According to the arrest report obtained by Us Weekly, Gordon's girlfriend, Laura Leal, had a visible injury that included a swollen bottom lip with dried blood. She also says in the report that he pulled her hair and told her he should make her crash her vehicle. She went on to say Gordon had pulled her hair and "stated to her that he should make her wreck the vehicle".

It's still a high-profile moment, though, for a man who has now been charged repeatedly with domestic violence even years after the fact that he was found to be legally responsible for Bobbi Kristina's death. "She attacked me and ripped my shirt".

Last June, Gordon was arrested in Sanford, Florida, for domestic violence and kidnapping his girlfriend at the time. It is reportedly listed as a domestic violence case for which he has allegedly posted $500 bond but has yet to be released by police.

Gordon was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 6

His domestic violence arrest on Saturday comes less than two weeks after his ex's father Bobby Brown came out and shockingly said he wanted to see him locked up and "raped".

Gordon is the one who found Houston's daughter and his then-girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina, unresponsive and face down in a bathtub three years ago after a night of partying and arguing. He is due to appear in court on April 6. "I just want her to leave my house".

The girlfirend refused to press charges, but deputies took Gordon into custody "based on her statement and physical evidence", the report said. A wrongful death lawsuit is not a criminal charge of murder, which requires the burden of proof to be "beyond doubt".
