Liverpool's top scorer Mohamed Salah has credited manager Juergen Klopp's tactics for his prolific form, saying a tweak to his playing position has resulted in more goals. Had the Egyptian matched such number this season, he would have been applauded and called a successful signing.
Klopp's side already have one foot in the quarter-finals of Europe's premier cup competition after they trashed Porto 5-0 in Portugal in the first leg of their last-16 clash, while the Reds are now third in the Premier League table.
"He went to give me a handshake and I said "never mind that" and gave him a hug".
He has been directly involved in 40 Liverpool goals - scoring 30 and providing ten assist so far in his debut season.
"I know him well".
"As good as he is playing at the moment, I think maybe there is even one more level in him".
Salah recently revealed that his incredible numbers this season are thanks to the advice and tactical advice that he has received from Jurgen Klopp, meaning that he is closer to the goal at all times.
With 22 goals in the Premier League alone, Salah's consistency in front of goal has been absolutely phenomenal.
The 24-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and is fully expected to quit the Reds for a fresh challenge, especially after new contract talks came to nothing after four years at Anfield.
