Woman crawls into x-ray machine to protect her handbag

Security camera footage then showed her climbing out of the machine and checking her handbag and luggage, before walking away nonchalantly.

In a freaky incident that occurred at a train station in Dongguan, southern China's Guangdong Province, on February 11, a woman climbed inside an X-ray machine as she was scared that her bag could get stolen during the mad rush.

According to NDTV, the woman actually got on to the conveyor belt with her bag and made her way out from the other side (with her bag of course).

The weird incident occurred on February 11 at a train station in Dongguan, southern China's Guangdong Province, according to Pear Video. Still x-ray images online show a person in high heels kneeling among bags and other items.

Hell, there's even video of her coming out of the machine after following her bag.

She placed her bag on the conveyor belt, before climbing on herself so she could ensure the safety of valuables.

She was apparently concerned about leaving her handbag unattended in the scanner, so went in after it, the report said.

It is unclear what the woman was carrying in her handbag but it is likely to have been wads of cash traditionally given as a gift for Chinese New Year.

The incident took place on February 11, days before China's upcoming Lunar New Year, to be celebrated on February 16.

Meanwhile, security staff at Dongguan Railway Station staff have advised passengers not to ride the X-ray machines as radiation can be harmful.
