Girl Scouts in Middle Tennessee are setting goals and developing business plans for Girl Scout cookie season, which began December 26 and you should begin seeing them out and about the first week in February so get your cookie money ready.

For over 100 years, the Girl Scouts have been selling their well-known cookies.

"[I was] so distressed to find out that some people do not have access to Girl Scouts or Girl Scout Cookies".

I wasn't able to get a sketch or autograph but I did go home with a box of Thin Mints and S'mores cookies. "While my Girl Scout and Brownie have to sell their own cookies, I did buy a limited number of boxes from them to share with you guys", she explained.

Stanley is asking if there are any local businesses that would like the Girls Scouts to set up in front of their store to sell cookies, please call.

"I'm the one telling the girls, you know, 'Try to talk about the gluten free because they're a dollar more.' Let's have an upsell!" she enthused.

This is not the first time Garner has been vocal about her support of the Girl Scouts. She previously spoke about her cookie-selling tactics in March 2016 on "Live with Kelly and Michael".

According to Garner, she also had to go through 27 hours of "intense" training in order to become a troop leader.

Vitale praised the Junior Scouts for their careful planning of the event, and expressed her appreciation for Rosemary Olenick and Jennifer Gemmo, the chairpersons for the Scouts.

The girl even managed to make a sale out of it, when police said the officers couldn't pass up the opportunity to purchase some Samoas as they reunited her with her mom. "Come by and get your comics signed and load up on all your favorite cookies", Lee posted. "I'm just there with the troop".
