Welcome To New York is going to be one rollercoaster ride.
Sonakshi and Salman have recreated their magic in the film's song "Nain phisal gaye", which was shot in NY. The song is sung by Payal Dev, music has been composed by Sajid-Wajid while the lyrics have been penned down by Kausar Munir. In fact, at the start of the number, we see Diljit Dosanjh, the lead hero telling Sonakshi to imagine if she is designing for Salman Khan. The actress shared an image of the song "Nain Phisal Gaye" from her upcoming film Welcome To New York.
Back in 2010, Sonakshi Sinha burst on the Bollywood scene with Dabangg. Salman Khan gave an instant nod to the makers when they asked him to do the song. "Welcome To New York" boasts an impressive ensemble which includes names like Riteish Deshmukh, Lara Dutta, Karan Johar, Boman Irani, Rana Daggubati and Sushant Singh Rajput along many others.
Sonakshi Sinha and Salman Khan's sizzling chemistry in "Dabangg" had created quite a flutter amongst viewers. "It was nostalgic in many ways, the romantic, melodious song has been filmed beautifully", Sonakshi told the leading tabloid.
Salman will be seen in a cameo in Sonakshi's next.
Welcome to NY, which also stars Diljeet Dosanjh and Karan Johar, will hit the screens on February 23. "The two together set the screen on fire".
Director Chakri Toleti says, "It was an absolute delight to shoot this song". We had to stop and announce that we were shooting a film and requested them to let us continue filming.
