T-Mobile, famous (or infamous?) for not pulling its punches when trying to beat the competition, is starting off the year big with deals that will try to convince people to live their current carriers.
For a limited time, new and existing T-Mobile customers can buy one iPhone and get up to $700 off another iPhone of equal or lesser value. T-Mobile knows how to treat you right - two major independent studies just named the Un-carrier #1 in overall customer satisfaction.
As part of its #GetOutoftheRed campaign, T-Mobile is offering Verizon customers up to $650 in rebates on a new smartphone when they switch to a T-Mobile ONE Plus or ONE Plus International plan. If you're more of an Android fan, the carrier will give you $750 off when you get two Samsung Galaxy S8+, S8 Active, or Note 8 handsets.
T-Mobile does not stop with the iPhone though, as there are offers on practically all other flagship smartphones on the market.
Unlike other carriers who offer rebates and discounts in the form of bill credits spread through monthly payments, T-Mobile sends the full amount in a prepaid MasterCard card a few weeks after availing the promotion. There's a conventional buy-one-get-one-free on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 8 (64GB), Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6, V20, V30 and V30+.
For customers only looking to purchase one device, T-Mobile is also offering up to $150 off through a trade-in program. It will pay off any remaining amount due, up to United States dollars 650, on 13 popular smartphones, including the Apple iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy S8, if the customer switches to the T-Mobile One Plus plan. You get to keep your phone and your phone number even as you switch to the uncarrier. So get a move on!
