Though she no longer has to deal with weight gain and swelling ankles, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has a new set of problems as she prepares to welcome her third child via surrogate.

Kim said, out of her two kids, North is thrilled to have a baby sister - Saint not so much.

The reality TV star suffered from the condition preeclampsia during her pregnancies to North and Saint and was advised it would be too unsafe to become pregnant again.

The reality star is using a surrogate due to placenta accreta, a condition in which placenta is hard to remove after birth.

The 37 year old also opened up about she is finding the lack of control that she has as she awaits her third child, difficult. "You know, it is really different", she began.

'Anyone that thinks it's just the easy way out is completely wrong.

How many of these tweets are really from Matt Damon, do you think? I was able to carry my first two babies and not, you know, my baby now, it's hard for me.

Kimmel jokingly asked, "People tweeted mean things about me?", as if he'd never been on the Internet before.

She admitted that this reaction surprised her as she said: "I hated being pregnant".

Kim told ET that the "inner struggle is kind of hard", but she's doing everything she can to just keep "rolling with it".

"I am blessed that I am able to do this, and technology is the way that it is that we can do this", she told the outlet.

However, Kim confessed that watching someone else carry her baby is a process that takes time to digest.

'I do not know if they do not feel it as much because they don't really see my big belly and hear me complaining every two seconds.
