$70000 Raised For Cyclist Who Was Fired For Giving Trump The Finger

The woman who flipped off President Trump while riding her bicycle, only to lose her job over the photo, is getting help from donors online.

Juli Briskman gestures with her middle finger as a motorcade with U.S. President Donald Trump departs Trump National Golf Course Oct. 28, 2017, in Sterling, Virginia. "This week we learned that she was sacked from her employer for exercising her first amendment rights".

I have connected with Juli and she has been officially setup as the beneficiary on this GoFundMe campaign. The 50-year-old mother of two had been working for government contractor Akima LLC, who didn't take kindly to the attention she had brought on herself and the company. It has since raised more than $57,000 (£44,000) and says it aims to raise a total of $100,000 (£76,000). All proceeds are being donated directly to Juli. Porn company xHamster put an open offer on Twitter for her to join their marketing and social media team, following the long tradition of adult entertainment companies trying to catch a ride on pop culture events. "As the campaign beneficiary, she will be able to post updates and comments, so stay tuned!"

"They said, "We're separating from you, '" Briskman told HuffPost when asked about the firing".

"He was passing by and my blood just started to boil", she told Huffington Post.

"I'm thinking, he's at the damn golf course again". As bird-flipping news aficionados will recall, a thrilling photo of Briskman presenting Trump's convoy of idiocy with a well-timed middle finger went as viral as humanly possible last month.

The crowdfunding effort comes after Briskman claimed she was called into her employer's office and let go.
