OJ Simpson kicked out of hotel after drunken disturbance

O.J. Simpson was reportedly tossed out of a luxury hotel and casino in Las Vegas after allegedly getting drunk and becoming unruly. He was reportedly drunk enough that his behavior eventually broke a few glasses, at which point security was called.

"The Juice" was released just five weeks ago from Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada after serving nine years. The witness claimed that Simpson stayed at his table, then left around midnight.

A photo of a smiling Simpson was taken at the hotel shortly before the incident. At least not according to a report.

Simpson's lawyer denies his client did any wrongdoing. LaVergne said that his client usually orders one drink and sips from it while socializing, and that Simpson was at Clique to eat chicken wings. The dispatcher apparently had thought Simpson was at a pizza shop inside the hotel, according to the tape. TMZ reported that Simpson has been "frequenting bars at the hotel since his release from prison".

Simpson's camp has not released a statement related to the most recent alleged disturbance as of the latest reports available. Florida's Attorney General, Pam Bondi, was adamant about not allowing Simpson back into the Sunshine State, but an ABC legal expert believes Florida will have to take him.
