"North Korea is a serious thing", the Minnesota Democrat said during a question-and-answer session at the progressive Netroots Nation conference in Atlanta on Friday. "Hopefully Kim Jong Un will find another path!"
Food prices rose by 0.2 percent in July after coming in unchanged in June, while energy prices edged down by 0.1 percent after tumbling by 1.6 percent in the previous month.
"I've traveled and (seen) the anti-ballistic missiles that we have in Alaska, South Korea, Guam as part of my service on the Armed Services Committee", she continued. "So if you don't want to get caught, deer-in-the-headlights, start calling for diplomacy in North Korea immediately".
"That was one of those I wish I'd not said", Ellison explained. "And I think it's something that has been tested in recent-enough memory that Kim Jong Un realizes that we have a capacity".
Discussing the escalating war of words between the USA and North Korea over the latter's rogue nuclear program, Ellison raised eyebrows by saying the North Korea's despotic leader was acting better than the US president. I'd say, he's being incredibly irresponsible, and he's putting us in a situation where you could have an accidental launch. And so, what we need to do is try to tamper down this crisis.
Ellison's prediction was correct, as the Republican National Committee's rapid-response director, Michael Ahrens, told the Post, "With radical beliefs like these, Democrats need to decide whether Keith Ellison deserves to speak for their party going forward". But suggesting there is any degree of rationality from a guy whose every behavior shows him to be a madman, because that's you think you have to say to make Donald Trump look bad. are you happy with what you've become, Democrats?
