Sushant Singh Rajput Trains At NASA For 'Chandamama Door Ke'

Sushant Singh Rajput visited the NASA training centre in July where he experience zero gravity for the first time. Earlier, Sushant had shared a picture from NASA.

Sushant co-stars in Chanda Mama Door Ke with Nawazuddin Siddiqui and R Madhavan. The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer is expected showcase the journey of Indian space programs, giving a glimpse of how the first Indian astronaut landed on the moon. The technician of the Hollywood movie, Apollo 13, which was also a science fiction film, has been hired to work for Chanda Mama Door Ke. "My mother always wanted her "Sushant in Space".


Dressed in white space suit, the actor looks prepared to step into the lead role in 'Chanda Mama Door Ke'. He even got an opportunity to attend workshops and training regimen meant for real life astronauts at NASA. He will be training at NASA's Space & Rocket Centre at Alabama, in U.S., where as per USSRC's official statement, he will be training for these below training regimes - "Flying a Space Shuttle Simulator" or "Lunar Module/Mars Lander Simulation", "Experiencing Zero G", "1/6", "Wearing a professional Space Suit", "Flying a multi-axis trainer" and "Docking the shuttle to the ISS". Sushant told to media that the training would be for one month to get the body language and mindset of an astronaut right. Now, for the very first time, I will go there and experience all these things that so far were only in my head. "The best thing about this is that NASA has been kind enough to allow me to come there and experience the authentic training that they are asked to do". Talking about his pairing with Sara, Sushant said, "Sara seems like a very confident girl".
